Mr. Brian Tempest is a member of the Royal Society of Medicine and Fellow Member of the Royal Society of Chemistry. He advises companies, banks, investment funds, private equity & high net worth individuals on their strategy in Asia based on his wide experience in China, Japan, South East Asia and India. He has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for the last 39 years and has managed healthcare businesses in North America, South America, Europe, Africa, Middle East, Asia and India. Brian is a member of the SCRIP Global Awards Panel and is on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Generic Medicines

Mr. Mark Runacres is a promoter of SQN Partners and Domesteq, a placement and training agency. He is also a promoter and Director of Sheffield Haworth (India), a JV in financial services executive search, and Canta Consulting, an education-focused consultancy. He is the India Adviser to the Confederation of British Industry and runs the British Business Group in Delhi, a club for British businesses and Indian firms with significant interests in the UK.
Mark is actively involved in several civil society initiatives. He is an Independent Director of the Business and Community Foundation and a member of the Research Advisory board of the Asia Energy Institute, based at The Energy and Resource Institute (TERI). After graduating from Cambridge University, Mark joined the British diplomatic service in 1981. In London he worked on security issues, in the FCO Press Office and at the then Department of Trade and Industry as Director of Trade Promotion for South Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa (1997-99), in which role he was Executive Director of the Indo-British Partnership.
